• 90-minute workshop with guided discussion and custom content
• Four-part Lifestyle Lever Series for deeper transformation: Nutrition, Movement, Stress and Sleep. Four topics, four dates.
• Keep the conversation going. Small Group Coaching follow-up after a single workshop or series; 60-minute sessions; four weeks; focus on vision setting, goal setting and launching an action plan to achieve your goals.
Workshops available in-person or virtual.
Small Group Coaching is virtual only for maximum participation.
