About Brandi
Brandi Montague is a Nationally Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach passionate about helping women feel informed, strong, calm and confident during the midlife hormonal transition of perimenopause.
Sparked by navigating her own perimenopause journey, Brandi pursued advanced training in women’s health with a specialization in perimenopause/menopause health, including complex cases. Brandi coaches alongside clinicians to support patients/clients with lifestyle behavior changes necessary for sustainable health and longevity. Brandi blends physiology education with practical lifestyle behavior coaching. She has experience supporting women who use hormone replacement therapy and weight loss drugs.
Brandi works with Vida Health alongside medical providers to support members in making sustainable lifestyle behavior changes in the areas of weight loss, nutrition, exercise, sleep and resiliency. Brandi also coaches women one-to-one through her own private practice, as well as providing education and coaching through workshops, group coaching and corporate events.
